BioGRID ORCS provides several file formats for download via our download page. Each file format is outlined below with information on what types of information is available in each column and situations where you might want to use each.

• index - A screen index file containing annotation about the screen itself (this format accompanies tab and tab_matrix files.
• tab - A tab delimited file for containing a single screen worth of score values
• tab_matrix - A matrix containing multiple screens and multiple score values lined up with common gene names

• JSON - JavaScript Object Notation formatted files.
