BioGRID Featured Dataset Downloads

The following datasets are either custom built by BioGRID or sent to us by contributers. These datasets are provided as is, and in some cases updated to correspond with our regular monthly updates. Please feel free to grab any of these datasets, but we highly recommend that you also consult the associated publication (if applicable) to get the most detail about how the set was compiled and how it may apply to your own requirements.

If you have a dataset and would like to have it featured, or simply know of a great paper that the BioGRID community would appreciate seeing featured, contact us at to make your request.
