COVID-19 Coronavirus Project

COVID-19 is a rapidly evolving global health crisis and the research community is expediting release of new publication datasets on SARS-CoV-2 to facilitate new therapeutic approaches. At the BioGRID, we're focusing our curation efforts on the literature for these data, and making any datasets we curate openly available on our website, downloads, and REST webservice for easy access by the global research community.

• BioGRID COVID-19 Triaged Papers - This spreadsheet contains pre-published and published papers that were manually triaged by BioGRID for their relevance to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and its causative virus, SARS-CoV-2. It also contains papers relevant to two other related coronaviruses causing Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrom (SARS) and Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), which emerged in 2002 and 2012, respectively.

• Preliminary Report ID Mapping - Some publications do not yet have Pubmed IDs (due to the speed in which papers are being released), this page contains a mapping between our custom IDs and the DOI of the original preliminary report. Please treat these papers with caution as they are preliminary reports that have not been peer-reviewed. They should not be regarded as conclusive, guide clinical practice/health-related behavior, or be reported in news media as established information.
