COVID-19 Coronavirus Project

At the BioGRID, we're focusing our curation efforts on the literature for these data, and making any datasets we discover openly available on our website, downloads, and REST webservice as rapidly as possible for easy access by the global research community. We've temporarily suspended our monthly update process in order to allow for more frequent BioGRID releases containing new data as it is curated. In addition, we've modified our interaction result pages within the site to highlight SARS-CoV-2 (and other related viruses) at the very top. Moreover, with each new update, we will compile a Coronavirus specific download file containing only COVID-19 related interaction data to hopefully make it easier for anyone to quickly utilize this data in ongoing studies. Finally, we'll ensure that newly curated datasets are featured prominently on our homepage, to help highlight ongoing efforts and datasets we think will be of interest to BioGRID users.
