====== About BioGRID ORCS ======

BioGRID ORCS is an open repository of CRISPR screens compiled through comprehensive curation efforts. Our current index is version 1.0.2 and searches more than 43 publications and 58,377 genes to return more than 561 CRISPR screens from 3 major model organism species and 431 cell lines. All screen data are freely provided through our search index and available via download in a wide variety of standardized formats.
